Established in 2013, the Omicron Tau Lambda Leadership Institute, Inc. is a 501 (c)3, non-profit, tax exempted, organization.  Our mission is to develop a 21st century generation of leaders. This mission starts with people, particularly those who demonstrate the potential to comprehend and apply the fundamental principles needed by leaders.  In addition, we aid and support other organizations that share our mission through workshops and through other charitable, educational methods.
